The best industrial printers produce the best results.
Capable of churning out a variety of parts and products directly from computer files, 3D Cincy uses high quality printers to replace traditional manufacturing techniques like injection molding, casting milling and lathing. The results are quick and are used from everything from architectural models to robotics, jewelry and eyewear. These industrial printers can create compound curves and sharp edges with precision, in the exact dimensions required.
Shown here, 3D Cincy is featuring some of the printers we use to bring your project to life.
These model printers are available for purchase for your 3D printing needs. Call for pricing and to discuss your project.
We have recently installed a full-size walk-in scanner that can capture your digital image in a matter of seconds. With that, we can offer an ever-evolving product variety of 3D products, including: printed figurines, gaming avatars for AR and VR, 3D crystals, busts, extra small prints, and many more products to come. Plus, every 3D scan is automatically shareable across social media, and everyone LOVES sharing their scans.
Choosing the best material for your project will make all the difference in the world! 3D Cincy can help you specify the correct filament, and has a large selection available for purchase for your 3D printing project. Following is a quick overview guide:
ABS – ABS is a low cost material, great for printing tough and durable parts. These parts can withstand high temperatures.
Flexible – Flexible filaments, known as TPE or TPU, are a great choice for elasticity allowing stretching and bending.
PLA – PLA is the favorite choice of many 3D printers due to its ease-of-use, dimensional accuracy, and low cost.
HIPS – HIPS is lightweight material usually chosen as a dissolvable support structure for ABS models.
PETG – PET and PETG filaments are known for ease of printability, smooth finish and water resistance.
Nylon – Nylon is tough and semi-flexible and allows high impact and abrasion resistance. It is ideal for printing durable parts.
Carbon Fiber Filled – Carbon Fiber filaments contain short fibers, infused into a PLA or ABS base material to help increase strength.
ASA – ASA is an alternative to ABS, used for outdoor applications due to its high UV, temperature and impact resistance.
Polycarbonate – Polycarbonate is known for strength and durability. It has very high heat and impact resistance making it ideal for tough applications.
Polypropylene – Polypropylene is a good choice for high-cycle, low strength applications, due to fatigue resistance, semi-flexible and lightweight characteristics.
Metal Filled – Metal filled filaments are made by mixing a fine metal powder into the base material, resulting in a unique metallic finish with added weight.
Wood Filled – Wood filaments combine PLA base with cork, wood dust, or other, giving the models a wooden look and feel.
PVA – PVA is known for its ability to dissolve in water and is often used as a support for complex jobs.
